Bridal, as a thoughtful and considered purchase, presents its challenges in achieving rapid sales turnaround. Given that it is often a one-time purchase for many customers, our focus lies in consistently acquiring new customers while nurturing existing ones until they are ready for their next purchase. This ongoing acquisition strategy ensures that we maintain a steady stream of customers and cultivate lasting relationships for sustainable growth. That's why, in order to effectively navigate this landscape, we needed to adopt a strategic approach to advertising and a broad funnel approach.

By conducting in-depth target market research and developing a strong targeting foundation and creative, we gained a profound understanding of our sophisticated bridal customer base. This enabled us to tailor our messaging and advertising efforts to resonate with their preferences and aspirations, ensuring that our marketing initiatives are not only impactful but also drive meaningful engagement and conversions.
